-121 Gym was set up at the end of 2023 to run along side 121 Fitness which offers supervised training in the form of Personal Training, Fitness Classes & Fitness Blocks in Navan Co. Meath.
Here at 121 Gym we offer a membership only commercial gym with state of the art equipment and facilities, whether you’re an experienced gym goer following your own program or you are only starting your fitness journey you are very welcome. Our instructors are here to help and offer guidance and direction, we have generic programs to get you started and also offer personalised workouts. Contact us and we will be more than happy to show you around our facility.
